PS Jayaraman is a chartered accountant with over 50 years of industrial experience in various capacities. He has been with The Sanmar Group, India, for over twenty-six years.

His rich career spans industries like Paper, Cement, Automobiles, Tyres, and Agri-seeds. He played an active role in the acquisition of Trust Chemicals Industries, Port Said, Egypt, which is now TCI Sanmar.

As Chairman of TCI Sanmar, Jayaraman significantly elevated the company’s operational efficiency and market presence. He was responsible for completing two expansion phases in TCI Sanmar Chemicals, involving a total investment of US $ 1.50 billion, creating a world-class manufacturing facility. In his earlier assignment with The Sanmar Group, Jayaraman was instrumental in acquiring a Caustic Soda plant in India. He was associated with a significant green-field PVC expansion involving an investment of US $  150 million.

Ganeshkumar is an accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience in general management roles across various industries. He has completed specialised programs in advanced management and M&A from AIMA-Harvard Business School, Cornell University, and NUS Singapore.

His career spans lifestyle, engineering, crop protection, bio-solutions, fertilizers, and life sciences. He has successfully managed multiple functions, including operations, sales, marketing, and P&L management, at leading Indian corporations and multinational companies.

As Managing Director of TCI Sanmar, Ganeshkumar brings a wealth of expertise to his leadership role. His key focus areas include transformation, driving operating efficiencies, and strengthening relationships with all stakeholders. He is also the co-chair of the Indo-Egypt Business Council.
